Renee’s year long Property Packages

Small Property Package.

 

  • garden maintenance ( weeding, pruning, planting when required)
  • tree pruning
  • planting ( plants will be at clients expense)
  • Re composting gardens ( compost would be an added expense to client)
  • Disposal of all green waste

 

This package includes 4 hours per month (48 hours per year) of garden maintenance, Client can accumulate hours and use them when he/ she wishes to.

If you choose this small property package, i offer a weekly payment plan of $30.00 per week.

Medium Property Package

  • Garden Maintenance
  • weeding
  • pruning
  • hedge trimming
  • planting when required, (plants at owners expense)
  • re composting when required, (compost at owners expense)
  • Disposal of all green waste

This package includes 6 hours per month (72 hours per year) of garden maintenance. Client can accumulate hours and use them when he?she wishes to, whether they want to let them build up and have a whole lot done in their gardens at once, or have the team come out three times per year we are flexible to work in with what suits.

If you choose the Medium Property Package, i offer a weekly payment plan of $41.50 per week.

 

Renee’s Large Property Package

  • Gutter cleaned once a year or twice if requiredn
  • House soft wash once a year
  • outside windows cleaned twice a year
  • wash decks once a year and re stain if required
  • water blast concrete paths and driveway once a year

4 hours of gardening maintenance per week includes:

  • weeding
  • pruning
  • hedge trimming
  • planting
  • re composting
  • disposal of all green waste
  • mowing if required
